The complaint is allowed. The Opposite Party No.1 is directed to refund to the Complainant the amount of Rs. 6331/- (Rupees six thousand three hundred thirty one only) alongwith interest at the rate of 9%.  It is also directed that Opposite Party No.1 and 2 jointly and severally pay to the Complainant the cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only).   The above directions shall be complied with by the Opposite Parties within thirty days from the date of order.
