ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed. The opposite parties are jointly and severally directed to refund to the Complainant the total amount of Rs. 3,536/-(Rupees three thousand five hundred thirty six only) which is the fare paid by the Complainant for to and for journey to Margao to Udipi and Udipi to Margao within thirty days from the date of this order, failing which the said amount shall bear interest at the arte of 9%p.a. from the filing of the complaint till its realization and the Opposite Parties shall also jointly and severally pay to the Complainant Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand only)towards cost.
