COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

Present:          Mr.N.S.Sidhu, Adv., for the complainant.

                        Mr.D.K.Singhal, Adv., for the Ops.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for compromise. Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.       

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
