Hitesh Bhardwaj Versus Kohli Sales & Others

Present:- Sh.Hitesh Bhardwaj, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Pritpal Singh, Advocate.

File taken up today as on 16.11.2020 the Member was on leave. Statement of Sh.Hitesh Bhardwaj, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Pritpal Singh, Advocate recorded that the matter has been compromised between the parties. As per the compromise, the Compromise Deed is Mark "A". The Opposite Party No.2 (Manufacturer) has replaced the old Washing Machine Model-Executive Plus VX ID with new one and same Model- Executive Plus VX ID with four years warranty. As such, the Complainant does not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

So accordingly, in view of the statement given by the Complainant along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
