… Opposite Parties. This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 27-2-2015, in the presence of Sri K. Sampath Reddy, Advocate for complainant and opposite party no.1 in person and Sri E. Madhusudhan Rao and P. Laxman Raju, Advocates for opposite party no.4 and Sri P. Laxman Raju, Advocate for opposite party no.6. The opposite party no. 2, 3 & 5 remained exparte, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following: ::ORDER:: On petition, the C.C. is reopened, and the Full Satisfaction memo filed through counsel, and settled the dispute outside the Court. Hence the complaint is closed in Full Satisfaction. Written and corrected by me, after correction the orders pronounced by us in the open court this the 27th day of February, 2015.
