None has appeared on behalf of any of the party inspite of several calls. 

In such circumstance, it appears that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties to the appeal, therefore, the parties are not appearing before the Commission.

Hence, in this circumstance and in the absence of appellant, the appeal is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs.
