We have heard ld. counsel for the parties and perused the impugned judgment and order.

It is submitted by the ld. counsel for the respondent that compliance has been done by the appellant bank.

Since the statement is made by the ld. counsel for the respondent, we have no doubt in our mind regarding the genuineness of the statement. Therefore, the appeal is infructuous. 

Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
