                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite party to return the complainant’s car bearing Reg.No.T.N.22 AX 7220 after receiving Rs.12,000/- as agreed from the complainant towards labour charges and also to pay a sum of Rs.2 lakhs for mental agony and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards the cost of the compliant  to the complainant.

          Taken up to-day, a Memo filed by the complainant the said Memo and the State Commission Order passed in R.C.No.2/2015 in CMP No.233/2013 in C.C.No.257/2012 dated 9.7.2015 perused.   As per the above said order this complaint is returned to the complainant.
