1.         KLG Hyundai, M/s Ashwani Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., 181/3-B, Indl. Area, Phase I, Chandigarh, through its Managing Director.

2.            Hyundai Motor India Ltd., A-30, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi through its Managing Director.                        Opposite Parties

 

Present:            Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for Complainant.

                         ORDER

 

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Vishal Gupta, Advocate for OP No.2.

                       

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP No.2 will make the payment of Rs.15,000/- to the complainant as exchange bonus within one month from today i.e. 23.7.2010. 

 

Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for Complainant.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Vishal Gupta, Advocate for OP No.2. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP No.2 would make the payment of Rs.15,000/- to the complainant as exchange bonus within one month from today i.e. 23.7.2010. 

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
