Perusal of the record shows that complainant was appeared lastly on 03.08.2018. Thereafter he did not appeared on several consecutive dates and finally today also. In fact Court Notice was also issued to the Complainant. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
