                On the basis of even date application, file taken up on today. Per chance Sh.Vikas Aggarwal, Adv. who was present in the Commission has notified about the application and he also signed the application. 

                   Keeping in view the statement suffered by the counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties are left to bear their own costs of litigation.  Reader of the Commission is directed to make necessary in the relevant register and system with regard to disposal of the complaint on today instead of 12.12.2024.  Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
