We heard Mr. Vora learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application for restoration of appeal bearing No. 424/2000 which was dismissed for default on 01/09/2008 by this Commission.

Since, this Commission has no power to restore the appeal which was dismissed for default, this application cannot be entertained. Hence, it is disposed of. No order as to cost.
