Pardeep Kumar vs. Kisan Sewa Kender.

 

Present:Sh.Mahender Singh, Adv. for complainant.

            Sh.Rajan Singh Adv. for OP No.1.

             Today the case is fixed for arguments.  The ld. Counsel for the Op No.1 suffered a statement that they are ready to give the new battery of Marka Luminous or Exide to the complainant within 15 days with six months warranty of the new battery.

            On the other hand the ld. Counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he is agreed with the statement of the ld. Counsel for the OP No.1 and in view of the statement of ld. Counsel for OP No.1 he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and prayed for dismissal of same as withdrawn.

          Heard.  In view of the statements made by the ld. counsel for the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties shall remain bound by their statements. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
