Complainants No.1 and 2 and complainants No.8 and 9 who are the joint owners of two apartments will be entitled for the benefit of only one apartment where as all other complainants are entitled for the benefit of one apartment each.<br /> 2.Opposite party is directed to pay amount of Rs.25,000/- and damages of Rs.3,000/- i.e. Rs.28,000/- to each apartment holder within two months with interest at the rate of 9% p.a. from 14.12.2000 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.500/- each apartment holder.<br /> Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under certificate of posting.
