ORDER

This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant prayer for the direction to the respondent to provide for the facilities of lifts and single central antenna and compensation of Rs.1,10,000/- for the said relief is dismissed. Further the complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.5,000/- as compensation for the mental and physical agony that he has suffered for the lack of facilities of lifts and single Central Antenna during the period in which he was in possession of the said flat and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the respondent. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.5,000/- as compensation to the complainant for the mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered for the lack of facilities of lifts and single central antenna during the period of his occupation of the flat and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings with in 2 months from the date of the receipt of this judgement and order, apart from bearing its own costs. Send the certified copies of this order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D.immediately.
