ORDER

                    The counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the  Execution Application with liberty to file a fresh one and in this regard his separate statement has been recorded, which is reproduced as under:-

“As the respondent has run away from the country, therefore, under the instruction of the complainant I withdraw  the Execution Application with liberty to file a fresh one.”

                   In view of the above statement of the counsel for the complainant the Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.
