Both parties are present. The case is taken up for further hearing. Heard both sides regarding point of jurisdiction afresh. Perused the entire record. with meticulous case. On perusal ofd the same I got sufficient materials to say that the cause of action is arisen out of jurisdiction of this Forum. So after exerting the power as provided by Civil Procedure Code as well as under sec 13 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 I am inclines to return this case to the complainant with liberty to file the same before the appropriate forum.
