Order Below Exhibit 1

Heard Shri. Anand Gawand, Ld.Advocate for the Opposite Party No.1 who placed on record the copy of the order of Hon’ble State Commission in First Appeal No.966/2007 decided on 12/03/2013. In the said appeal the order passed by this Forum in Complaint No.143/2006 (Old Complaint No.319/2003) is set aside against Opposite Party No.1 - Kinetic Motors Co. Ltd.  The Complainant is absent inspite of Notice. He failed to give verification & other details as required for execution under Sec.27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Hence, the execution proceeding against Kinetic Motors Co.Ltd. cannot be proceeded in view of Hon’ble State Commission above referred order and dismissed in default against Opposite Parties No.2 &3.
