ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled tot he relief of the refund of the amount of Rs.2,250/- paid as initial deposit together with interest at 12% p.a. from 2-2-1998 till the date of realisation and the no due certificate from the respondents as sought for in this case. And Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings. The respondents shall pay the amount of Rs.2,250/- paid as initial payment together with interestat 12% p.a. from 2.2.1998 till the date of realisation jointly and severally to the complainant together with the no due certificate as sought for in this case by the complainant and to pay Rs.500/- towards the costsof this proceedings, within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of their own costs of this proceedings. Send the certified copiesof this judgement and order to both sides parties by certificate of posting.
