Davender Batra son of Sh. Rambhaj Batra R/o house no.442, Sector-13 Hisar, Haryana-125001 presently residing at house no.1399, Sector-7, Urbnan Estate Karnal.…….Complainant

                                                Versus

1. KIA Motors India, Corporate office situated at 16^th floor, two horizon center, gold course road, DLF phase-V, sector-43, Gurugram.
2. Aaryaman KIA, 117/6 KM stone, GT road Karnal through its proprietor/partner.
3. Hridya Cars Private Limited 9^th KM stone, Delhi road Jindal Marg, Hisar through its proprietor/partner.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Himanshu Mongia, counsel for the complainant.

                               

                Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical reason and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

                 In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
