This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite party with regard to claim amount along with a prayer to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant.

No representation for complainant.  Already opposite party set exparte.  No proof affidavit filed by complainant.  Sufficient opportunities provided on 15.12.2023 and 27.12.2023.  Today also called twice. However, no representation.  Hence, consumer complaint dismissed for default.  No cost.
