                   Vakalatnama filed on behalf of OP Micromax Informatics Ltd. Both the parties stated that a settlement has been arrived between them.  Their statements recorded separately.  Both the parties shall bound by their statement.  In view of the statement of the parties, the complaint of the complainant is disposed of with the direction that the OP Micromax Informatics Ltd. shall issue a cheque of Rs. 5800/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order and the complainant shall deposit the accessories with original bill with the OP.  Complaint disposed of. File be consigned to the record room.
