                   Complaintpassed over several times since morning. But none put in appearance on behalf ofcomplainant.It is already 03.34 P.M. A/R for opposite party placed on record letter dated 10.07.2017 written by complainant to the opposite parties and this forum showing status of the …………… to the set aside of the complainant.No further wait is justified and possible.It seems that Complainant is not interestedin prosecution of Complaint.

Therefore, this forum has no option except to dismiss the Complaint in default for non-prosecution. Hence the Complaint is dismissed in default for non prosecution.

Copy of order be sent to the parties as per rules. File be consigned.
