ORDER:
The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he has received sale letter and form No.21 and 22 from the OPs and that’s why he doesnot want to prosecute the present complaint.
2. Therefore, in view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
