Aforesaid Complainant filed this case against the aforesaid O.Ps praying for refund of cost of laptop amounting to Rs. 31,000/-, interest @18% p.a., compensation amounting to Rs. 81,000/-, cost of the case amounting to Rs. 9,000/- and other reliefs i.e. total claim is more than Rs. 1,21,000/-.

Complainant and his Ld. Advocate are present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 1 is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 2 is present.

Case is placed before this 3^rd National LOK ADALAT.

Case is taken up for discussion. After thorough discussion case is settled with the terms that O.P No. 2 shall pay Rs. 45,000/- (forty five thousand) in favour of the Complainant and Complainant will return the disputed article i.e. laptop in favour of O.P No. 2. It is further settled that Complainant will return the laptop today at the hand of the Ld. Advocate for the O.P no. 2 and Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 2 shall pay the aforesaid amount of Rs. 45,000/- in favour of the Complainant through PHONEPE within this day.

Hence it is,

ORDERED

That the dispute is settled with the aforesaid observation i.e. that O.P No. 2 shall pay Rs. 45,000/- (forty five thousand) in favour of the Complainant and Complainant will return the disputed article i.e. laptop in favour of O.P No. 2. It is further settled that Complainant will return the laptop today at the hand of the Ld. Advocate for the O.P no. 2 and Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 2 shall pay the aforesaid amount of Rs. 45,000/- (forty five thousand) in favour of the Complainant through PHONEPE within this day.

Returned the case record to the Commission.
