The original case no. 100/22 had been dismissed on 29/11/2022 thereafter a restoration petition has been filed on 17/12/2022. Evidence has been adduced in support of restoration petition that due to illness. Complainant could not appear before the commission on 29/11/2022 resulting the dismissal of complaint case no. 100/22.
