The Complainant is present in person.

Today is fixed for further hearing of admission and filing necessary documents in connection with the complaint petition by the Complainant.

The record is taken up for hearing of admission.

At this stage, the Complainant by filing a petition praying for withdrawing the instant case on the ground that after filing the instant case, the OP offered him for settling his dispute amicably and also assured him to replace his disputed vehicle.  The Complainant has also agreed with the OP’s offer and at present he is not interested to proceed with this case and has no allegation against the OP.

Heard the prayer and submission of the Complainant.

Considering the facts and circumstances, we have no hesitation but to dispose off this case at once.
