           None appears on behalf of the petitioner nor the petitioner is personally present. At this state this Forum perused the petition of complaint and no cause of action actually arise and there is no deficiency on the part of Postal Authority. O.P. No.1 bring his brother and joints holder of N.S.Cs are question cannot be cited as O.P. hence, it suffers from mis-joinder of necessary party.
 
          Under such circumstances this Forum thinks its prudent to dismiss the case as it is not maintainable and thus disposed of.
