ORDER

This appeal is allowed and the KHB is directed not to raise any demand of Rs.749/- as against the complainant. Since the complainant has been erased by the KHB, Bangalore by raising demand even after allottment of the house and delivery of possession of the allotted house on payment of the entire cost, opposite parties will pay Rs.2,000/- as compensation to the complainant within 45 days. We also further direct the opposite parties to pay to the complainant Rs.500/- as costs of this appeal.
