          Today, the applicant Sukhwinder Kaur has received Rs. 30,000/- i.e. balance settled amount and the decree holder/ applicant has made the following statement       

“Stated that as per compromise today I have received the remained settled amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. thirty thousand only) from the respondent/ judgment Debtor and now nothing is due towards the Judgment Debtor of the decree holder/applicant and I do not want to  puruse the present execution further and same is liable to be dismissed as fully satisfied.”

In view of ibid statement, the present execution is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per ruled. File be consigned to record room.
