ORDER

              In the present execution petition, order dated 27.04.2016 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana, Panchkula in First appeal No. 286 of 2015 titled as Khatri Feeds Vs. Raj Singh has been placed on record by the ld. Counsel for the respondent – JD, and vide this order the complaint of the complainant- DH has been dismissed. So, on our view, keeping in view the above said order of the Hon’ble State commission, Haryana Panchkula, the present execution petition has become infructuous and thus, we dismiss the present execution petition.

 

     File be consigned after due compliance.
