          This Interlocutory application has been filed at the instance of the office administration due to the fact that the Demand draft filed in connection with thIS Complaint case to the tune of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) was returned by Punjab National Bank , New Market Branch with a note  that the instrument was outdated and as a result the said Complaint case being CC/177/2020 has turned into a case without the statutory fees . The complainant is directed to contact the office for regularizing  the payment by Demand draft and office to do the needful at once.
