ORDER

            A demand draft of Rs.4350/- bearing No.034384 dated 1.6.2012 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of complainant, has been delivered to the complainant by counsel for OP No.2. The complainant stated that he has also received another cheque No.359484, dated 2.1.2012 for Rs.7913/- drawn on State Bank of India in his favour issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T.Chandigarh. He further stated that the order has been fully complied with and nothing is outstanding against the OPs. He also stated that he does not want to press this criminal complaint and it be dismissed being fully satisfied. His statement to this effect has also been recorded separately.

            In view of the statement made by the complainant, this criminal complaint is dismissed as fully satisfied.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
