    Present:   Shri J.S. Brar, Advocate for the complainant.

                Today, the case was fixed for evidence of complainant subject to last opportunity. However, learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement regarding withdrawal of present complaint on technical grounds with permission to file afresh on the same cause of action.

                Heard. Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint, on same cause of action, after removing the technical defect, if any. Original documents, if any, lying on the record, be returned to the complainant, through counsel, as per rules. File be consigned to the records.
