          I have settled the complaint with Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. (OP-2) and have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 20,000/-, as full and final settlement.  I will return the LED in question after receiving the cheque.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Mohit Aggarwal, Counsel for Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. (OP-2) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 20,000/-, as full and final settlement.  He will return the LED in question after receiving the cheque.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
