        This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. A perusal of the record shows that this appeal was filed in the month of October, 2007 and since then this appeal is pending for admission and to remove the defects by the appellant but after removing the defects on 31-12-2007 the notices were directed to be sent to the respondent for which the steps had to be taken by the appellant. The notices to the respondent seems to have been sent on 16-08-2013 but neither the appellant appeared; nor the respondent appeared. The entire scenario of the facts shows that the appellant is least interested in this appeal, hence this appeal is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant.
