Copy of Order dated 13.5.2016 passed in 1^st appeal No. 304 of 2016 and in Misc. application No. 771, 772 and 773 of 2016 has been received from Hon’ble State Commission, Punjab Chandigarh vide which execution of the impugned order dated 27.7.2015 passed in appeal titled as Khazan Singh alias Bitu alias Sukhwinder Kaur has been stayed by the Hon’ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh. In view of it, the execution cannot proceed further, therefore, the same is consigned to record room, though, applicant/ Decree holder can file fresh execution after disposal of the appeal, if so advised. Copy of order be issued to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
