Order No. 13 , dt. 06.12.2024

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

This matter is taken up for consideration at 11.50 a.m at first and thereafter at 12.25 p.m.

At the above noted times the complainant side is found absent.  However one verified show cause has been filed.  But fact remains that the said show cause petition has not been moved by the ld. advocate of the complainant side.  Moreso nobody appears to move the show cause matter.

So it is clearly reflecting that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  Under this position this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result, it is accordingly

Ordered

That this complaint case being no.177/2023 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
