Both parties are absent.They did not take any steps from long time. On perusal of the record it appears that the case has been filed on 01/06/2016 for claiming the total amount of Rs.31,490 against O.P and after issuing notice O.P did not appear up till now and the complainant namely Mr. Ajay Kumar has also left his case 03/06/2016 which is the first next date of this case and in this regard several direction has been given by this forum to take proper step but the complainant did not comply this order it means complainant has no interest in this case.
Under such circumstances discussed above this case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
