ORDER

The opposite party has not filed its version. On the other hand opposite party has written a letter dated 31.03.1993 stating that the amount of the insurance policy has been paid on 31.03.1993. This office has issued a notice dated 13.04.1993 to complainant to show cause why the complaint should not be dismissed. She has not replied that notice. In the circumstances, the complaint is dismissed.
