          This complaint is coming up before us on 13.01.2022 for appearance of both and for reporting settlement through video conferencing and for appropriate Orders and this Commission made the following order in open court:

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, a Memo of Amicable Settlement was filed by the Counsel for the complainants seeking permission of this Commission to withdraw the complaint stating that the matter has been settled between the parties.  The Memo of Amicable Settlement reads as follows:-

Whereas, the complainants have paid the balance amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) vide DD bearing No.348381 drawn on 03.11.2021 of KOTA MAHINDRA BANK favouring KG Foundations Pvt. Ltd. and handed over the DD to the respondent on 29.11.2021 towards the full and final settlement in toto for the flat bearing No.H101, KG Centre Point, Mevalurkuppam B Pazhanjur, Poonamalle Taluk, Tiruvallur District and taken over the said flat with full completion in all respects and with full satisfaction on the same day.

Whereas, the complainants have paid the flat maintenance for the period from 01.05.2019 to 31.11.2021 (31 months) payment to the Flat Owners’ Association favouring “KG Centre Point Owners’ Association” of Rs.41,850/- (Rupees Forty one thousand eight hundred and fifty only) of KOTA MAHINDRA BANK, DD No.348383 drawn on 03.11.2021.

Hence considering the Memo of Amicable Settlement filed by the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
