Final Order / Judgement | Record is placed before the National Lok Adalat as per order dated 16.08.2024 for settlement of the matter. Both the parties are present. It has been submitted for the OPs that the complainant and the OPs-1 to 3 have decided to settle the dispute between them on some terms of settlement as mentioned: - The complainant will not claim from the OPs-1 to 3 compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- for mental stress and agony.
- The complainant will not claim from the OPs-1 to 3 Rs.20,000/- for the cost of instant proceeding in the instant proceedings.
- The OPs-1 to 3 are required to transfer to the complainant the shares i.e. 450 shares of L & T being folio No. 04649729 and Certificate No. 419455 (50), 419457 (50), 419459 (100), 1433631 (100), 1433632 (150) and 40 shares of Ultratech Cement Ltd. being Folio No. 04649729 and Certificate No. 263131 (40).
Prayer of the complainant and the OPs-1 to 3 is for passing a decree in terms of settlement as mentioned above. OPs-1 to 3 are directed to transfer all the shares as mentioned above to the complainant within 4 (Four) months from the date of passing of this order. In view of the submission of the parties and the joint compromise petition in the instant case is disposed of on compromise petition which do form a part of this order. Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 374/2022 is settled and disposed of finally through the National Lok Adalat. If the OPs transgress to comply the order of the National Lok Adalat as per terms and condition as mentioned in the compromise petition within the period as mentioned afore, the complainant is at liberty to file appropriate application for execution of the decree as per law. Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement. | |
