ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 16.01.2024, Sh.Kapish Kumar, Complainant in person has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received Rs.6000/- in cash from OPs through their representative Sh.Yogesh Rathor, Area Manager, as full & final settlement in the present case and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
