                      Today, learned counsel for applicant-respondent has suffered a statement that he does not want to press on the Miscellaneous Application No.22 of 2024 for disbursement of 50% amount i.e. Rs.5,00,000 at this stage. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the Miscellaneous Application No.22 of 2024 with a liberty to file afresh application before learned District Commission. His statement in this regard is recorded separately.

                     In view of the statement suffered by learned counsel for     applicant-respondent, Miscellaneous Application No.22 of 2024 is hereby  stands dismissed withdrawn. However, learned counsel for applicant-respondent is at liberty to file afresh application before learned District Commission.
