Mr. Kishorsingh Bais who is Proprietor of Triveni Builders and Developers and respondent Mr. Keshav Itankar are present with their respective counsel. They have submitted compromise Pursis along with copy of deed of possession. They both have admitted the contents of compromise Pursis as true and correct and signed it before this Commission. Hence, it is verified and accepted.

In view of compromise the appeal is disposed off.
