OP.2 is the dealer whereas the opposite party No.1 is  the service Centre of Micromax company. Mobile phone of the complainant became defective hence he handed over the same to the OP.1 who in turn  sent the same to Micromax company for the repair or replacement  as the case may be and delivered one mobile  phone handset to the complainant for use till then. OP received the said mobile handset back on 09-01-2015. The complainant had already filed the complaint by then. The matter stands settled between the parties. Statement to this effect recorded. As per the amicable settlement the opposite party No.1 has handed over the duly repaired mobile to the complainant before this Forum and has undertaken to supply extended warranty of three months within 10 days from today itself, failing which the complainant shall be entitled to file fresh complaint against the opposite party and the manufacturer  of the mobile phone and would be entitled to get the compensation as may be  decided by this Forum. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly. It be consigned to the records after needful.
