Complainant remitted an amount of Rs.18000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) before the opposite party and the balance amount of Rs.16598/- (Rupees sixteen thousand five hundred and ninety eight only) will be remitted by three installment. Both parties jointly submitted that they are agreeable with the above. In the light of the above the matter is closed.
