Parties represented. The opposite party submitted the test report of the defective meter. As per the report, the meter is dead. In pursuance of the discussion, we have made with the parties, complainant is directed to take steps within one month for the installation of a hassle free fresh meter. The opposite party consequently will record the readings, thereafter for 6 months and charge the complainant on the basis of the average calculated and issue a fresh bill on the basis of that average over the period from 20-08-2010 till date.
