Parties represented. Heard the counsel. Counsel for the complainant submitted that the statement in paragraph 5 of the version of the 2nd opposite party is acceptable and the case can be closed in view of the admission on the part of the opposite parties. Accordingly, the opposite party is directed to issue a revised bill as stated in their version. In that view of the matter, the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
