The C.C.No.308/2020 filed by Smt. Omana Aravindakshan against the Managing Director Kerala Water Authority was taken into file and notice was issued to the opposite party.
Upon notice from this Commission the opposite party appeared and filed their version. The complainant’s counsel did not turn up and contested the complaint any further. Further evidences were also not adduced by the complainant. Hence the Commission could not proceed with the complaint any further.
In the meantime, the complainant filed an application stating that the complaint filed by him is withdrawn for reason of his own. Hence the complaint is closed as ‘withdrawn’.
